What is Energy Healing?…We are energetic beings
Energy Healing is based on the laws of quantum physics which states that all matter consists of energy and our bodies are no exception. Each part of our bodies have an energetic field, including our organs and tissues. Similarly, emotions, experiences, traumas, and faulty beliefs carry negative energy which may become trapped, creating imbalances which can cause physical and emotional disorders. Energy healing seeks to identify these imbalances and remove them, enabling the body to heal itself.

My Training and Methods
​
I am trained in the Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code developed by holistic health practitioner Dr. Bradley Nelson. By using muscle testing (or Kinesiology) I am able to identify, locate, and release trapped energies that cause imbalances in the body and mind, relieving physical, emotional and behavioral issues. I am also able to identify and release unwanted belief systems that could be holding you back from happiness and success.
This technique is not meant to replace medical treatment, but by correcting the underlying imbalances, I help the body’s innate self-healing ability take over. As a result, discomfort and malfunction in the body often disappear and emotional issues become manageable or fade away completely.
One of the many benefits of energy work is that it can be done from a distance. A session can be performed on a client anywhere in the world and it’s just as effective as if they were in the same room. Also, because I am able to access the subconscious mind, an email session can be just as profound as a face to face phone call. Unlike traditional therapy, there is no need to discuss or re-live uncomfortable traumatic events. All sessions are completely confidential and performed judgement-free.

What can I expect in a session?
​
It’s important to understand everyone’s healing journey is different. Some issues can be resolved quickly, others may take multiple sessions. Some people notice small subtle changes, whereas others feel changes quite profoundly. Most report feeling lighter and less burdened after a session. Sessions can either be performed face to face via Zoom, FaceTime or WhatsApp, or I can do a remote session via email. Detailed notes will be emailed to you directly.

Can animals benefit from energy healing?
​
Absolutely! Animals can have many of the same energetic imbalances that people do. Releasing trapped energies can improve physical conditions and behavioral problems. I can also uncover nutritional imbalances that may be at play.
​
What are processing symptoms?
​
On occasion, as with all energy work (including acupuncture, reiki, and massage) some people may experience fatigue, sensitivities, moodiness, or an “echoing” or “processing” of the emotions released. This rarely lasts more than a day or two. This should be considered a time of healing, so rest and hydration is recommended.
